CTA schedule changes mark summer's end

Summer unofficially ends today, and so do most of the special CTA bus routes to popular summer and tourist spots, the Tribune reports.

For instance, the No. 63 and 72 buses buses to the 63rd Street and North Avenue beaches will now stop short of the beach itself. The No. 10 bus to the Museum of Science and Industry stops daily service and reverts to weekends and holidays only.

And of course, trains and buses will bulge even more once again starting Tuesday with high school and some elementary students making their way to class.
