October's oddity: The lost vibrator

The best Tattler Tale from October was not about something I saw on the El, but about something I saw from the El:

Lost and Found Report: Hot pink vibrator on the roof

Vibrator It sits so lonely and forlorn-looking on the roof, just a few yards north of the Brown Line-Red Line junction, hard by the west side of the tracks.

It falls under the protective, regal gaze of Huber the Harris Bank Lion, seemingly waiting to pounce on anyone who may attempt to retrieve it.

But I'm here to help.

Email me if you lost a hot pink vibrator on the roof. I'll do my best to help you recover such an important item.

PS: Thanks to the readers who emailed me with tips on this. Hmmm, or maybe it was one of them who lost it. Hmmmm...

Is that a new way to use a vibrator? Press against the neck? I'm gonna have to try that tonight!

cmama: nah, I think the photo is just what Marketing type folks refer to as "a serving suggesion".
