From the shameless self-promotion department

A Tattler reader emailed me last week about a fellow who blogs about public transit blogs.

The guy had lots of nice things to say about CTA Tattler. And he emphasized that this blog is a "true community forum that features submissions from riders all over the Chicago area."

I'm very proud and grateful for that. So let me take a moment to thank y'all.

Plus, he reminded us of the story about Gordito-eating trannies wearing macrame. If you haven't read that CTA Tattler tale, you really MUST.

Comments

Yeah! Not only did he have a lot of good things to say about this site (which is excellent), but he also referenced my story (urban earwax art)!

I bet they did not reference the constant bitching and whining from people about stupid pet peeves. That stuff drags down what is periodically a fantastic forum. Gordita-eating trannies is brilliant. Whining that the el should be more like the Metra makes me want to hurl.
