Two 20-ish women board at Granville, obviously a couple. One shows the other her Cheetah Gym workout schedule while her mate cuddles her, stroking her ponytail.
Meanwhile, a 50-ish woman of Eastern-European descent raises her drawn-on, pencil-thin eyebrows with disdain, giving the loving lesbian duo the evil eye.

Perhaps (unlikely, but perhaps) the lone woman was disdainful of being forced to witness a public display of affection that just happened to be same sex -- maybe it was the PDA itself that raised her eyebrows? Full disclosure: I often find my own eyebrows rising in disdain when some hetero couple decides to makeout in too close proximity to me in a confined space. Get a room! :-)

is stroking a ponytail that blatant of a display of PDA? tongues in mouths, groping --that's when i get uncomfortable no matter what the sex/gender. but this sounds pretty benign.

Hmmmmm,perhaps Madame Magda was a wee bit jealous. Maybe it's been a while since she had a lover to stroke her "ponytail". Perhaps she desired one of the young women. Maybe she was once the lover of one of the young women and was cast aside. So many possiblities.
