Overheard on the Purple Line:

A 30-ish guy is talking to his friend on his cell phone:

"So we got really shit-faced yesterday at the Cubs game. But of course my wife, out of spite, sic'ed the kids on me at 5:30 this morning. No way was she giving me any special dispensation."
