Gays bashing women
Northbound on the Red Line one Saturday, four gay guys occupy the seats by the door.
At one point, one of the guys seductively peels a banana and then suggestively eats it, with much in and out motion, to the obvious delight of his friends.
When not doing that, they pass the time by dissing woman who get up to leave the train:
As one very tall, very heavy woman, in a dark blue American Apparel dress, makes her way down the aisle toward the door, one sneeringly remarks under his breath, "Ohhh, she looks really good in blue."
Then one of the other guys retorts:: "Yeah, and so did Monica Lewinsky."
Meow.
Jerks.

don't you know it's O.K. for people who are the usual subjects or ridicule to ridicule others? (sarcasm)
I don't know why people think it's bad for someone to ridicule or make fun of them, but yet they do it to others.

Yeah. These are clearly my favorite kind of my community (more sarcasm). These are the gay men who think they're better than everyone because they fit into the "I'm beautiful, shallow, vacuous, and nothing can stop me" mold. They give people like my friends and I a bad name.

I agree that that's a horrible thing to do to another human being. Now, do you feel the same way when a gay person is ridiculed and even killed just for being gay? Or does your pity only covers straight women?
In no way am I implying that it's ok for those gay guys to put others down just because they (themselves) get put down constantly. You should hear (I'm sure you have), some of the things I hear straight people call gays on the train. These are gay guys or women minding their own business, maybe a fem guy or a butch girl. I've seen people pointing at them, laughing at them, throwing stuff at them, not wanting to seat near them. Would you also stand up for them?
