You know what they say. If you are not a democrat at 25, you have no heart. If you are not a republican at 45, you have no brain.

Yeah, but that's what THEY say.

The same THEY that raise spending and add vast new military programs, but cut taxes and claim to be in favor of small government. The budgeting is all heart.
